Multi-season
Easier every year
Eligible customers may be able to reserve future-season service through a multi-season agreement with preferred pricing. Each season, we review your display, make any needed updates, and get you back on the installation schedule — no starting from scratch.
Keep in mind that displays are created for the current property. Property, design, or scope changes may require revised pricing. Ask about multi-season options when you submit your inquiry.

What does the starting price include?+
Full-service residential holiday lighting starts at $500 and includes a custom property design, commercial-grade leased lights fitted to your home, professional installation, a timer and standard accessories, basic in-season maintenance, takedown after the new year, and off-season inspection and storage. The $500 starting point applies to a simple, accessible display. Final pricing depends on the size, design, height, access, and complexity of your property — larger homes, two-story properties, complex rooflines, trees, wreaths, garland, and expanded displays are custom quoted.
Do I own the lights?+
No. Willingham Irrigation retains ownership of the lighting equipment. You are reserving a complete seasonal decorating service — design, commercial-grade lights, installation, basic maintenance, takedown, and storage — not purchasing individual light strands.
Can you install lights I already own?+
Our primary service uses Willingham Irrigation's commercial-grade leased lighting. Contact us to discuss whether an existing-light project is a fit.
What happens if a bulb stops working?+
Basic in-season maintenance covers normal bulb or component issues. If a section of your display stops working under normal use, contact us and we'll address it. Maintenance does not cover damage from weather events, animals, landscaping work, electrical problems, tampering, or other causes outside of normal use.
When will my lights be installed?+
Customers reserve limited seasonal installation capacity in advance. Willingham Irrigation coordinates and assigns installation windows based on weather, location, routing, safety, and seasonal workload. We do not offer customer-selected installation dates or appointment times.
When are the lights removed?+
Takedown is scheduled in early January after the holiday season. Willingham coordinates takedown windows the same way we manage installation — based on routing, weather, and crew schedule.
Do I need to store anything?+
No. After takedown, we inspect the equipment and store it for the off-season. You do not need to store, maintain, or manage the lights between seasons.
What happens if I move?+
Displays are custom-fitted to the original property. If you move, a new property requires a new evaluation and quote. Contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you on next steps.
Are multi-season options available?+
Eligible customers may be able to reserve future-season service through a multi-season agreement with preferred pricing. Displays are created for the current property — property, design, or scope changes may require revised pricing. Ask about multi-season options when you submit your inquiry.
